1. Arrange the glass pebbles or stones in the bottom of the glass bowl until they completely cover the bottom;
2. Place the bowl on the respective table and fill the bowl with water about half-way;
3. Gently place the floating candles on the water. Don't overcrowd.
   
4. Sprinkle the silk petals around the base of the bowl.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 until you have made all your centerpieces. Light the candles just before the event.
